When you purchase a Brand Cleared report, AI agents run, APIs are called, and compute resources are consumed to generate your results. Once your report is delivered, the work is done regardless of whether you like the findings.
System Failure = Re-run or Refund
If our system fails to deliver a complete report — due to API errors, crashes, or incomplete data — email hello@brandcleared.com and we'll re-run your report or refund you within 24 hours. No questions asked.
Not Satisfied? Free Re-run
If you're unsatisfied with your results, we offer to re-run the analysis with adjusted parameters at no charge (one time). This is often better than a refund — you get a fresh set of results tailored to better match what you need.
